Haven't run in 9 days - do I restart where I was?

hi, I was on week 4 day 2 and then life intervened and somehow I haven't fit in a run for 9 days. Week 5 looks a bit daunting! I'm wondering if my stamina would be set back in that space of time? Should I just keep going, or maybe repeat a week? I don't want to kill myself but I don't want to not push myself either!

Good job at continuing. I take long breaks all the time then just force myself into continuing as if the break never happened.0
