Haven't run in 9 days - do I restart where I was?

hi, I was on week 4 day 2 and then life intervened and somehow I haven't fit in a run for 9 days. Week 5 looks a bit daunting! I'm wondering if my stamina would be set back in that space of time? Should I just keep going, or maybe repeat a week? I don't want to kill myself but I don't want to not push myself either!

    I'm just back from trying week 4 again, definitely harder than the last time I did it!!! Was running slower and hit all my markers later than before, about 90 seconds slower overall. Definitely need to do it again before trying week 5!

    Great job sticking with it and in realizing that doing week 4 again is a positive thing for your long term progress.

    Good job at continuing. I take long breaks all the time then just force myself into continuing as if the break never happened.
