Walked the dogs this morning. Then this afternoon a huge thunderstorm came through and when it passed the temperature dropped to 70F. So guess what I did? I had a beautiful run, with speed intervals. It was glorious.

Added 5 miles today. 4 of those were on a wonderful and chilly walk this morning before I was called into work. Finally some fantastic spring weather. A few days ago it felt more like summer.

@anaconda469 - It should be an interesting season. I saw Oakland went for quality and not big names. We'll have to see if the coach knows how to use them.0 -

@Dave - Hang in there. You can catch up I know you can!! (I'm 23.04 miles away from green... uuuggh. I thought I'd get close today, but turns out I have a lunch meeting so I won't be going to spin... oh well - we'll both get there, somehow!)

@Gail - I'm not showing that you hit goal in April, so the streak gets set back to 0. If we missed some mileage from April, and you did hit goal there, please let me know, and we'll fix it right up!
@Lovemyalex - I KNOW it's hard to not get the exercise (both physically and emotionally/mentally), but hang in there. You'll be back to it before you know it!
@CorrieJane - Isn't it great when you get to be outside in the beautiful terrain? I'm glad you found beauty in your run!
As a reminder to all - when you post, please don't simply post your new mileage (e.g. "I added x miles today"), but be sure to put your total for the month. It makes it harder for us to update the spreadsheet if you only do the mileage to add... and gives us more opportunity to make mistakes (as if we need MORE opportunity for that!) Thanks all!!
