    @Dave - Hang in there. You can catch up :) I know you can!! (I'm 23.04 miles away from green... uuuggh. I thought I'd get close today, but turns out I have a lunch meeting so I won't be going to spin... oh well - we'll both get there, somehow!)

    @kar328 - Bahahahaha!

    @Gail - I'm not showing that you hit goal in April, so the streak gets set back to 0. If we missed some mileage from April, and you did hit goal there, please let me know, and we'll fix it right up!

    @Lovemyalex - I KNOW it's hard to not get the exercise (both physically and emotionally/mentally), but hang in there. You'll be back to it before you know it!

    @CorrieJane - Isn't it great when you get to be outside in the beautiful terrain? I'm glad you found beauty in your run!


    As a reminder to all - when you post, please don't simply post your new mileage (e.g. "I added x miles today"), but be sure to put your total for the month. It makes it harder for us to update the spreadsheet if you only do the mileage to add... and gives us more opportunity to make mistakes (as if we need MORE opportunity for that!) Thanks all!!

    .5 mile (swimming laps in my pool)
    (66 laps in 60 minutes)
    (very slowly but I moved my *kitten* and it felt good) :)

    Sorry Dave. I got a pinch flat and turned tail for home once I replaced the tube so I couldn't get an extra 22 for you. I did get 32 miles for 164 miles out of 200. I need to up my goal. Let's up it to 300 miles.

    Finally got on here to post. I have been buried under Jump Rope for Heart boxes at work the last couple nights. Finally got all of it organized and only have to distribute thank you gifts to four more classes. Proud of my kids. We broke a new school record and raised $26,710.27 for the American Heart Association this year.
    May 12:9.75 miles walked 4.75 and running 5 miles
    May 13:10.5 miles walking 4 miles and biking 6.5 miles
    May 14: 11.15 miles walking 3miles, biking 2 miles and running 6.15 miles

    TTD: 131.65 miles

    Still sleepy but I went walking anyway (hoping it would help). It didn't help, but it didn't hurt either and I do feel better when I get my walks. Added 4.5 miles today for a May total of 48.5 miles.

    @clepant Congratulations to you and the kids. Great work for a great organization.

    Now I'm going to try and sleep better tonight. Hope everyone has a great Friday!

    Got our miles done before the lightning and thunder storm rolled in with the rain!! Man it was loud and lasted a long time! I would have gone outside to watch but it was cold and windy!

    4.1 mile walk. Working the next three nights so hope to stay in the green. I'll try to get in a mile or two of laps at work, but that floor actually makes my feet hurt after a mile.

    Added 12.1 on the bike today - just in time to keep myself from slipping from blue down to pink!! Now, I'm firmly in the blue again.... and someday soon, to green. I AM an eternal optimist.

    Missed the bear by about a minute. Still had his wet tracks across the road where he crossed. Couldn't have missed him by much since the tracks evaporated during the 3 minutes we stood and talked.

    Adding 16 miles for today. Not a lot of miles but a lot of climbing. That makes 180 out of 300 miles.

    Got in 13 miles today. 1 mile walking in 30 mph wind & 12 on the ex bike followed with a 20 minute cardio workout!
