Has anyone else had lower back pain after doing a burner? Everytime i do it, my lower back kills me.
I have suffered from lower back spasms years ago. I hope it doesnt trigger one..

If you have back problems, maybe you should consider doing standing abs instead?

Google "standing ab workout." there is a YouTube video that says it's 12 minutes long.

Brazil Butt Lift has a great standing ab workout if you can get a hold of that.

I'm glad to hear that! Once your core is stronger, maybe you can do them on the floor again, but as you already know - don't mess with the back!
