Current favorite workout song?

Don't have a specific song really but I tend to listen to metal or punk when I pick things up and put them down.0
-
If you dislike rap- stop reading... But I do have a better suggestion than free pandora app- it's Songza and they play 1 commercial up front and that's all you hear for hours- until you switch stations. You can also skip 5 songs on each station. I love it! Anyway-my stations on there are 'happy pop' / 'today's clu bangers' / 'vodka escapades' / and others like 'country crossovers' 'cardio hip hop'.
Current fav song for running=
0-100 drake
Still d.r.e - dr dre
Any beyonce
I like acoustic guitar for lifting
Push-ups/pull up work out- need something 180bpm to get a rythym. (Btw there's a '180bmp' station on Songza too!)

Mainly a mix of The Sounds, Shakira and Britney Spears (nostalgia yo!).0
-
I prefer Spotify. I have a cardio mix and a lifting mix. I'm always looking for songs to add. I added a bunch of viking metal songs to my lifting mix.
One of my favorites at the moment is I'm Only Joking by Kongos.0 -
I just heard Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars and think it i going to get added to my playlist!0
-
I love discussions like this, great inspiration for somgs to add I'm bored with my current play list, And who knew there was such a thing as Viking metal!0
-
I just added "Bang Bang - Jessie J. et all" and "Animals - Maroon 5" to my playlist (actually, it's called the KickAss Mix, haha!).0
-
I don't really have a favorite workout song. I'm in the mood for something different everyday, but it's hard to go wrong with some upbeat hip-hop or some electronic/house/dance music. There are even times when I'll throw on a podcast while I'm working out because I'm just weird like that.0
-
@dirtyflirty30 Jessie J's "Bang Bang" is such a catchy song... that entire album gets stuck in my head for days on end0
-
Kanye and Jay Z!!! Ooooh man they make me improve my non existent rap game while feeling the burn!0
-
Rediscovered 'Dario G - Sunchyme' recently.
- Classic!!0 -

I personally like to switch it up, from punk to ska to dubstep whatever fits my mood, I always like to keep my options open.
With Pandora I listen to different stations like
Dubstep, reel big fish, electric six, blackeyed peas, placido domingo, vivaldi, pixies, soundgarden, jazz (bebop), anime etc.
Wide range of choices

I realized yesterday that my running music is definite need of revamping. What worked before doesn't seem to cut it anymore. Glad we have this thread so I can get some ideas.0

Close your Eyes by Run the Jewels is a good workout song.0

Chumbawumba, I get knocked down
Eminem, lose yourself

I've been on Pandora for years so I have a ton of different stations but I found a new one to listen to last week. This may sound weird but I decided to listen to my Irish jig station while running and when a good reel was going mapmyrun chimed in that I was running at over 8 mph. Was the beat starts going on those it is so fast you can't help but move.0
-
Runnin' by Adam Lambert is new to me and I enjoy it.0
-
Anything with a fast beat. I'd say my Shinedown station would be the one I'd go to for a workout though, lots of strong rock.0
-
Since last week it has to be
Rhythm Bomb ~ The Prodigy (feat. Flux Pavillion)
