Today I took the tip that Courtney gave me to add timed exercises into my normal strength routine and timed some of the regular leg exercises I love.... Wow! What a difference it made. Everything burns!

Way to go Lynn!!! It warms my heart to know you got your BURN ON today. I'm glad the fitness advice I gave you changed things up for you.
Timed exercise is good way to take the exercises you already know and have in your fitness portfolio and advancing them.
Example: squats for 1 minute is a game changer!!! 3 set of 1 minute
