Confused need help plz

hi I'm 25 And a single mum I go to the gym about four times a week but I haven't got a good plan or routine I am good at legs but that's it I am wondering if anybody could help me with a solid workout thank you in advance

Try stronglifts or strongcurves for lifting. Mix it up with the cardio: you can do treadmill, bike, and/or elliptical at varying speeds and resistance/incline.0
