I just realized now that I totally forgot to post the mini goal last week, sorry guys.
This week my goals are:
1. Proper morning hydration
2. Post to this thread everyday
3. Log my food six days (But be mindful what I eat on my day off)
4. Get to the YMCA two times
5. Make my 10 thousand steps every day
6. Try and get some sun a few days this week (it helps my skin, and only have been out in it twice so far)
7. Go to bed by 10pm four nights this week
8. Manage my stress levels and try not to stress eat, be mindful of it
What are your goals this week??

My goal this week is to keep active.
Take the stairs daily; studies show people who walk up and down stairs regularly have lower bad cholesterol and more good cholesterol.
Garden in the evening rather than sit and do paperwork.

Hi: my co-worker texted me the morning and joined me during my morning walk to work. It was really nice to have someone with me.
Low: my leg pain is horrible
Last night, I made a banana, peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. I had a ton of overripe bananas, so I mixed that with a bit of heavy whipping cream, chocolate PB2 and some chocolate I made. I added a bit of cinnamon as well. It was incredible. I also made baked chicken tenders with panko, and they were great in a wrap I made with Greek yogurt honey mustard, arugula and tomatoes.0 -

1. Track my food 5 out of 7 days
2. Not drinking Diet Coke at all this week
3. Drink at least 2 cups of water everyday up from 0 cups

My high today was keeping on schedule; my low would have to be the cold weather. I still followed through with my goals, just didn't do as much as I would have if it wasn't 40 degrees out.

Todays High: got all my steps in between work and home so I did not have to go out in the heat and walk
Low: Missed all the sun today being inside (trying to get a tan as it helps my psoriasis greatly)0 -
Hi- I'm pretty new to the forum, hope it's ok if I jump in...
My goals for this week:
1. Increase my daily step goal from 2,750 to 3,000 a day, and meet it for at least 5 days. (I have a muscle disease, and might need an unexpected day without activity. Meeting the goal for all 7 days is a bonus!)
2. Start each day with at least 25 grams of protein at breakfast.
3. Stop in here daily to check in
Today's high- the 15 minutes of bright sun over lunch hour!
Low- too many carbs in the morning, was hungry all day at work.

I have not posted much this weekend i tripped and fell into my fridge, so after totally messing up my weekend i am fighting the munchies, and i am off work so i dont even have my routine to save me. So i hope to not do damage to my weight loss

High: Went to the gym today in about a month, and did weights after walking for one hour on the treadmill, despite it being super later compared to when I would normally go. Got a really good work out in.
Low: After a month home, I am not impressed with my daughter today and am still quite pissed off actually.....the first month went great, now I am gonna be counting down the weeks til she leaves for school >_<0 -
High: I shaved 8 minutes off my previous run time
Low: I was anxious about our big move in a few weeks0 -
High: great walk this morning, and I'm leaving in a half hour for another walk

Had some technical difficulties.

High today was, well I'll be honest, the ice cream cone I got during my lunch break and ate sitting outside in the sun. Reminded me of when my parents would splurge and get us a DQ treat once in awhile (with 11 kids it did not happen often).
Low was how tired I have been. Which is why I am off to bed now....0 -
High: My degu did not die today while I was at work.....although things are not looking great, I just do not want him to die while he is alone
Low: My degu is really sick and made me sad all day0 -
High: I'm feeling energetic and well rested today. Yesterday, I took my dog on a loooong walk at the park and reached 20,000 steps.

High: overall, I'm having a great week. Walking everyday and getting around 15,000 steps a day. I'm also eating really well.
Low: Friday slump. I was dragging a little during my morning walk, but I picked up speed about ten minutes in.

Early today cuz I am working late shift
High: I actually got enough sleep before working late shift, which is always a challenge....plus things with my daughter seem to have improved again
Low: Working late shift lol, I hate it, and expecting it to be crazy busy because lotto is super high and people get bitchy.....0 -
A beautiful day today. It was an emotional day at work as we had to tell my students some of the staff won't be back next year and of other changes. Which leads to my high for the day: I prepared a healthy breakfast, snacks, and lunch for work and I made sure I was well rested. And I took a walk on my lunch break. And a coworker made me laugh so hard I cried at one point; laughter really is a blessing.
The low: I decided to stay home this weekend and go into work to get end of the year paperwork done instead of camping.
As for my weekly goal of staying active, I have exceeded my steps goal every day. I mowed, gardened, walked, cleaned house, moved furniture, took the stairs, and played tetherball among other things.
