Hi I hope everyone's had/is having a great week.
I'm starting the ball rolling since I'm in NZ.
This week I lost 3.3 lbs (1.6 kg) so I've made it to 20 lbs for the challenge!

Well my TOM was last week so I'm still retaining some water weight because aunt flow just left yesterday. I'm going to wait until this Friday to weigh in. Definitely gave into some cravings last week so I'm scared of the scale. 10lbs down so far. I'm going to tighten up, alcohol has become my enemy so sobriety at least until my trip to florida in June0

Mine just left Sunday, and I was SOOO glad when the scale went down! I COMPLETLY understand! I was even more stoked that the scale went down a little bit while TOM was here...made the scale drop even faster when he went home! Lol

Brisk walking/slow jogging 5-8 miles uphill every other day. Burning at least 9,000 calories in exercise per week. A couple cups of coffee before working out greatly improves my burn.
