150 seoconds failed! at 140 so going to do 3 planks per day to really strengthen the core

Only managed 140 seconds today but I've also started doing push ups because my arms are giving out way before my core. Seriously frustrating.0

I was slack on the weekend but anyway today did 81seconds in the morning and 90 in the arvo (but stopped at 54 for a couple of seconds).0

I didn't get a chance to report in yesterday.
Day 6 - rest & Day 7 - 45secs & core training in 2 classes (so much for rest lol)
Day 8 - 60secs (jumped ahead by mistake) & core training in class0 -
still doing awesomely guys and gals and 250 done0

late check in. Only managed 144 seconds but I also did a lot of running and my legs are shot. I know I'll hit my goal for day 24.0

ok the magic number to hit hit is 120 seconds with planks being able to hit 2 minutes with the plank is amazing however if you can get past that that is completely awesome0
