    Msdimeo- thank you for sharing!! I have over 100 pounds to lose and it just amazes the heck out of me what a difference 27 pounds makes!! It puts things in a different perspective.

    Thanks Val. Still got about 21 pounds to go. I'm really really really hoping I can hit goal this summer and go into maintenance mode.
