    I think I added about ten friends yesterday between the requests I got and the ones I sent!I guess that makes me a friend-ho too, lol!! :wink: The best part of that was that they are all LCHF! There seems to be a ripple being created in the waters of nutrition and that's awesome!

    I learned about keto when my type1 daughter got ketoacidosis! Learned about something really healthy while researching something really unhealthy.
    I hoped I could get her to eat low carb, but she's young and likes to keep me stressed I think...
