Hi everyone. I thought I would start this out so everyone can set out their goals for June.

My June goals:
- walk 120 miles
- 20 days over 10,000 steps

    At work. Goal is 100 miles and pool time 30 minutes six days a week

    May's total...did great! Best to everyone...let's rock June. I will make it here daily. Things are coming together in my new place...just a few more boxes to get things squared away for now...but still working on stuff in the garage...always the dreaded garage.

    Hi, my goal for this month is 150km.
    We are coming into winter so its gonna be challanging, but I know I can do it! ;)

    Thanks for starting us off, Lilymay!

    I finished off May with upper respiratory stuff. Still have it and went to a walk-in clinic yesterday to get meds. When I had them filled, the pharmacist told me that the combo I was placed on place me at risk for a tendon tear. What?!? So, yeah, he said no strenuous activity. I'm going to do what I can to change my habits and do more small walks throughout the day (hard with a desk job). So 2 weeks of not pushing it....

    June goals:
    No days under 3 miles
    6 days at 5 or more (likely between the 15th and end of the month)
    100 miles or more total

    Hello everyone

    I'm doing all my daily walks early morning before I go to work or uni and because in Australia we are one day ahead this is my second log for June.

    Week 1

    Total May: 200.25 miles

    I just barely made 200 miles last month. The weather was so cold here in Northern Wisconsin. It is starting to get a little better. My sister just moved home for the summer, so I have someone to join me. I am going to push it just a little and say 230 miles for the month and hope to get 250. Good luck to you all.

    No shortage of hot temps here...Phoenix AZ. Up at 5:30...goal is to get out of the house by 6...choices of where to walk after that get limited.

    One route, when I get up early, golf course...not on it...but near it...nice and green and pretty.
    Other option when I get up later...but not too late...just next to the main drag...totally shaded and lots of grass for my little walking partner to inspect...but so noisy cuz of the cars.

    No bus pass again this month - $2.25 adds up really fast so that helps me walk whenever I can.

    Total - 18.8 miles (I should be at 24 miles minimum by now!!! EEEKKKKK)

    Oh my goodness ..... not off to a very good start. I always make over 10,000 steps on the weekends, but way too much happening this weekend to do it. I sure hope today (Sunday) I get over 10,000 steps because I am way behind!!

    3.4 miles yesterday. I had a bunch of fitbit woes...would not charge...had to use paperclips...I have walked...but since I use fitbit to tally...looks like I am way behind.

    I've had a rough few days. That rebound from taking steroids is awful!! Every joint in my body is aching like crazy!! I've blown my no days under 3 miles goal. :( Going to keep plugging away, though.

    4 - 3.32
    5 - 2.41
    6 - 3.88
    7 - 1.91

    Total = 20.86 - behind by about 5 miles for a 100 mile goal, but completely doable, just have to get moving!!!
