10lbs overnight?

I think its just water weight that im holding onto because I ate a lot of carrots yesterday at 9g/3oz. But I have never seen my scale jump that far before. How long does it take to drop the water weight from carb overload? Because now im at a weight that I was about a month ago, and I feel so dumb for eating all of those baby carrots yeaterday. This ever happen to anyone else? Im still very new to LCHF, so I didnt know it would have that big of an effect on me. Its just a number, and my smaller clothes still fit, so I know its not 'real weight', but I worked really hard to get to 208 just to go back to 218 in a single day :neutral:
