the easy way to do it, provided everyone likes mushrooms:
450 oven, Take portabello caps, remove the stems, drizzle on olive oil, pre-bake on a cookie sheet 5-8 minutes. Add your sauce and toppings (there are some organic canned tomato sauces that are pretty low carb, add spices they beome pizza sauce), put back in oven until the cheese melts and starts to brown a little bit. No messing with a fake crust, plus everyone can personalize them since they're single serving.0 -
I do a cauliflower pizza that I love. Fiancé says it's too much work for something that isn't pizza but I find it fine when I want the hit. Google it - there are loads of recipes out there.0

Whisk up 2 eggs, 1 cup (about 30g) shredded cheese.
Heat up a non-stick pan on a fairly low heat, and spread out your "crust" like an extra cheesy omelette.
Use a spatula to check that it's getting brown and crispy on the bottom. Once this starts to happen you can start to slowly lift up the sides, working you way to the middle so it doesn't stick to the pan.
Add seasoning and whatever toppings you like (I like mine pretty plain - oregano and some sliced chorizo) and cook for another few minutes... then gently transfer to a plate.
Let cool for about 2-3 minutes before eating.
*Disclaimer* This pizza/omelette recipe does not give you a real "crust" like some of the other low carb pizza recipes out there.... but it's quick (about 10 minutes to prep and cook) and really satisfying.0 -
Fat head pizza (google recipe) easy to make, easier than real crust!0

I liked the Fathead pizza crust, although it wasn't as good as I hoped. I did a cauliflower crust, but I think it was just ok. Some people love it, but not me. I am going to try this one next...

I've seen recipes for chicken breast crust and those above. I'm excited to to try it.
I personally use: Joseph's Lavash Flax Pitas for personal pizzas...or using cheese crisps to make pizza bites.0 -

This crust recipe is amazing! My kids even love it!0 -
I just made one a few days ago using cream cheese as the base, and it was delicious!

That's the one I used. I made it in a 12" pizza pan and it was thin, but I could still pick it up with my hands. It was really good cold, too. I'm going to buy a 10" pizza pan and see if that will allow it to be a little thicker. There was just too much area to cover with the small amount of "dough" I had. I think the pan also needs lined with parchment paper because it stuck to the pan a little even with a cooking spray.
After I added 1/2 cup homemade marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella/provolone cheese and 16 slices of pepperoni it was 191 calories and 3g carbs per slice.0 -
How about making a Meatza? In short, you use hamburger as the crust. YEAH.0
