At the moment im having BPC with protein powder for breakfast and im a bit stuck for light lunch ideas.

What do you guys tend to eat for breakfast and/or light lunch that is keto, tasty and below 350 cals?

I get sliced beef and turkey at the deli. Take a slice of each and stack them roll up a string cheese stick.. Zero carbs 200 calories. Add a dill pickle spear on the side.

One I tend to go for is a taco salad style...ground beef w/spices, mixed lettuce greens and some shredded cheese.

I'm obsessed with tuna salad served in avocado boats. :)

It is. It's quick, easy, and filling but still light. :)

Yogurt and a few babybels. Dannon and walmart have light greek yogurt that's 9 carbs, Kroger has carbsmart or something like that with only 4 (thought is something kind of like but not exactly yogurt).

My other go-to I've posted a recipe here somewhere before is cheeseburger casserole. I make one version for my family, but keep out some of the filling (basically just ground beef crumbled with cheese, bacon and onion) in little ziplock bags so I can grab one and microwave in a hurry. I'll add avocado, mayo and tomato to it if I have it on hand.

Have you ever tried warming that up in the micro for a few seconds...oh lord gooey loveyness! I'm a fan of warm lunches most days.

Walmart carries these lovely little prosciutto and salami rolls with mozzarella inside, already wrapped and in a nice little tray to take with you. I *think* they were about 350 calories for a tray, and they were my go-to for lunches (off dairy for the moment now).

Coscto has them as well. In bigger quantities. YUM.

I'm partial to a hunk of high quality lettuce with salmon on it. Or with herring/sardines. I use the oil from the sardines/herring to "dress" the salad.

Oh dear, nothing's really appealing to me atm (sardines, urgh! lol).

Has anyone got any nice tried & tested keto pancake or waffle recipes? I could really fancy something that imitates those.

I Breathe I'm Hungry has a snickerdoodle crepe recipe that was decent. She has some pancake stuff, too.

Personally, for me - Sprinkle a little cheddar on a microwave safe plate. Add a little mozzarella. Put a few small spots of sauce on (for low carb, I love the Wild Oats Organic Parmesan and Romano pasta sauce), about 6-8 slices of pepperoni. Microwave to bubbly, sprinkle some parmesan on top to soak in the fatty yumminess of it all, let cool, and eat.
