    Deep breath, and use these next 2 months to prepare yourself! Which procedure are you doing? It has been a huge change, but an amazing blessing in my life so far! You can do this, and we'll be here to listen and help.

    I'm having the bypass. I am so excited! Today is my last pre-op education class.

    You're gonna rock this! Just make sure to try to move as much as you can as soon as you can afterward - it will help speed your recovery.

    Congrats! Not much longer, now. You're gonna be just fine as long as you follow your surgeon's instructions and trust the process.
