Pork rinds are so versatile.

I was never a fan of pork rinds until keto. I can't get enough of them nowadays. I get excited when I find new flavors.

I made fried chicken last night. I crushed up a bag of rinds and mixed with pepper, garlic, and parm. Dipped in eggs/heavy cream then rolled in the coating. My family could not get enough of them. I fried them in lard but you can definitely bake as well. I forsee many substitutions from now on.

    Same...they're my new favorite snack! I've been dipping them in guac and salsa. I'm even envisioning pork rind nachos!
