First Post! Just lost my first 10 pounds and feeling super motivated!

I started taking an interest in my health about two months ago and honestly didn't think I was going to see any progress. Most of the weight loss has just come from diet change alone. My Fitness Pal has really helped me be accountable for what I eat and how many calories I'm consuming. I just wanted to share my happiness because honestly I am just over the moon right now. :smiley:
