So from 1200

1st week 1300 every day
2nd week 1400 every day
3rd week 1500 every day

??

OR

15 lbs daily week 1 for 100 that week 1215
then 1230
1245

Thanks...may be dumb question

    This is what Heybales suggests:
Increase 100 calories daily extra, for a week at a time.
Until you get up to suggested TDEE. And stay there and feel your workouts get better, and let body heal.

I am just starting out on this journey so I have been researching the threads carefully. People following this report good results.

And if you have a lot of calorie range to cover from current eating level to potential TDEE:
First couple weeks only increase 100 daily each week.
This will help top off glucose stores usually and body is willing to speed up, and knows it's getting fed. If any water weight gain usually these weeks.

But by 3rd week and on could go by 200 cal jumps then.

The daily increase might be interesting, but since margin of error in food logging is bigger than that, probably not useful.
Easier just to figure out too where you are going to stick that 100 extra daily. And then 200 extra daily.
Might be a tad too focused figuring out how many more grapes or almonds for 15 calories or something like that.
