Hey ladies I kind of abandoned the group for a little while(I've been busy outside of MFP, so I will be posting my weigh in tomorrow because I have been away from the scale the past few days!!! I hope you are all doing well!!! And I hope you both are having a great week so far!!!0

Hello! I've been likewise bad about getting on a scale. Looking to get back on the Saturday=weigh day trend again. I think I've lost some weight -- my face looks thinner -- but gained some muscle. Might be a wash.0

I focus on 5 pounds at a time, so my current short-term goal is 220. I've mowed down two short-term goals since I joined a few weeks back.
I think that small goals are definitely more attainable than big goals... The larger the goal, the longer it seems it takes to get there!!!
I've added your stats to our weight loss chart, hopefully it's all accurate, I'm trying to update it a bit at a time!

Not a great loss this week(I went really high over sodium two days, and I guess my water intake wasn't enough to flush it out... All the better to look forward to next week!!!)0 -

Good luck on Saturday!!! Your weight might go up due to water retention from all that lovely running you've been doing, but get it girl!!! Whatever weigh day brings for you, I know you can keep going, stay on track0 -

Only 2nd week on MFP 1st week lost 8lbs. 2nd week lost 3lbs
Not sure if I want to get to 160 will have to see what I look like as I go. I've never seen 160 before in my life (except when I was in 8th grade probably)

So, late to the party again, I got on a scale this weekend and it was 146lbs. I'm hoping some of that is water weight with DOMS.0

Thanks. I seem to be stuckat 146. I've been floating between 145 and 146 for the last couple of weeks. Started the 30-day shred to hopefully mix it up enough and get to losing again.0
