Hi. I'm new to MFP. I'm 44, married with a 4.5 year old and have a career that I enjoy. I have about 90lbs to lose to be at my goal weight, but am in no rush. I am really just trying to eat better and feel healthier. I want to set a good example for my daughter.

I have had a lot on my plate stress-wise for the last 10 years and am ready to move past that as well.

So, here I am ready for a change and willing to support you in yours!

    Hi. I'm new too and am also taking it slow and focusing more on getting rid of bad habits and adopting new good ones. It might take longer but you will eventually get there!

    I am a working mom who is 47 w/ a 9 yr old daughter and I also want to be a positive role model for her. I have battled food issues my whole life and I don't want to pass on a legacy of yo-yoing and negative self-image to her! I will friend request you!
