            Looking for my twin I'm pretty much stuck and my heavier weight and would like a MFP accountability buddy to help me get to where I want to be.
 Height: 5'4"
 HW: 170

 Height: 5' 3" and 3/4ths (I'm not not quite 5/4)
 Heaviest: 165
 Lowest: 138 (post high school)
 Current: 143 (I used to hover at 155- 150 but I've been at 145 for the last two years)
 Goal: 135
 I'd give myself a B- with food (clean and healthy eating) and a D+ with exercise. These last two weeks I've really been committing to moving my body and I feel great! I want to keep the momentum. I love yoga, cycling!!!, and walking/hiking. I want to get more into strength training, I'm starting to educate myself more about building muscle. I'm not vegetarian, but I eat vegetarian 80% of the time.
 Hopefully I have a twin out there!0

 Mostly looking to eat clean 98% of the time, lose a few pounds, and to tone my body. I work 12 hour workdays, so fitting in regular exercise other than floor exercises at home and some walking is a challenge... I have cut refined sugar from my diet and I really limit bread...0

 I have an annoying hip issue, so although I was a runner before, now I am a walker just starting to do one hour a day. I also just started strength training 3 days a week. Considering adding light yoga a few days a week, if my crap wrists can take it. 0 0

 Just started. I was 135 pre-pregnancy... thought then that I'd like to be more lean. 6 months post-pregnancy now, and I'm really working hard to be healthier all around. I've never had to lose this much weight until now... so I'm nervous. I got caught in poor eating and 0 exercise, so i feel like i'm re-learning healthy living.

 Looks like we just might be twins! I'm also new to MFP forums (though I've been using MFP tracking app for a long time now). I'm also:
 5'1" (boy, are we SHORT, but beautiful!)

 I was also around 132 pre-prenancy. I've been working really really really hard with working out (I'm doing the P90x3 program) and eating clean for a while (I'm a vegetarian). I'm trying to stay motivated and not lose my momentum!

 I have UC so with the medication I have to take have had times where I puff up like a balloon - have learned over time that increasing my protein and keeping a close eye on my carb intake really reduces this. Working on increasing my strength and building muscle this year, starting to see changes in my body and learning about protein powders and supplements etc - weight loss has hit a plateau though

 I currently jog 2 - 3 times per week and just recently realized how tight I've become all over so want to incorporate yoga back into my week. Also hoping that will help tone up the areas that jogging doesn't hit.0
