            Hi! I am going to add you..height wise we are not the same (but close enough), but i think we have similar goals... I'm 5'7" 140, wanting to get down to 125..looking to tone up my midsection as well... body fat is currently around 21.5%, I would like to ideally get it under 20 
 I'm 5'9, currently 131, and looking to get to around 127? Not sure! This is my new lowest weight! Would love to have the motivation!

 I'm 26
 H: 167.5cm or 5ft 5.5"
 HW: 72kg ( a long time ago- 64kg around Christmas 2014)
 CW: 60kg
 GW: don't really care- as I am trying to start lifting so I know this might either go up or down as I build more muscle and lose fat.
 BodyFat% : 18% apparently according to the dr holford method- not sure I believe its that low though ha
 Looking for someone who is also trying to count macros and build more muscle and lose fat0

 On week 5 of XTFMax 90 day workout program and doing CICO plus low carb. Not seeing a lot of weight loss yet, but am seeing some body changes with the workout. Hopefully, the weight loss will catch up soon. I'd love to find a twin to help with motivation and support. Thanks!1

 Current and heaviest weight 9st 3. Could have been more but rarely weighed myself. Would like to get down to we'll I'd love 7.5 St which was my weight before I started binging (I'm small build and have lost a lot of muscle due to not being able to exercise. But even half a stone would be good.
 Main goal to be healthy, able to sit up and stand up and walk more.0
