So I'm kind of feeling like a drag on the team. I've not lost a single pound this week. I have come in on my calories every day but I did start lifting again after almost a year of laziness. Also, my lady time is dangerously close. So I know that I could just be having water retention either from that or lifting but I really feel crappy. I'm sorry that things haven't worked out. Hopefully by the end of next week I'll see a big drop. But for now I'm a bummed out gumball
