Current and heaviest weight 9st 3. Could have been more but rarely weighed myself. Would like to get down to we'll I'd love 7.5 St which was my weight before I started binging (I'm small build and have lost a lot of muscle due to not being able to exercise. But even half a stone would be good.
Main goal to be healthy, able to sit up and stand up and walk more.0 -

Looking for my twin I'm pretty much stuck and my heavier weight and would like a MFP accountability buddy to help me get to where I want to be.

Current: 143 (I used to hover at 155- 150 but I've been at 145 for the last two years)

I'd give myself a B- with food (clean and healthy eating) and a D+ with exercise. These last two weeks I've really been committing to moving my body and I feel great! I want to keep the momentum. I love yoga, cycling!!!, and walking/hiking. I want to get more into strength training, I'm starting to educate myself more about building muscle. I'm not vegetarian, but I eat vegetarian 80% of the time.

Mostly looking to eat clean 98% of the time, lose a few pounds, and to tone my body. I work 12 hour workdays, so fitting in regular exercise other than floor exercises at home and some walking is a challenge... I have cut refined sugar from my diet and I really limit bread...0 -

Just started. I was 135 pre-pregnancy... thought then that I'd like to be more lean. 6 months post-pregnancy now, and I'm really working hard to be healthier all around. I've never had to lose this much weight until now... so I'm nervous. I got caught in poor eating and 0 exercise, so i feel like i'm re-learning healthy living.

Looks like we just might be twins! I'm also new to MFP forums (though I've been using MFP tracking app for a long time now). I'm also:

I was also around 132 pre-prenancy. I've been working really really really hard with working out (I'm doing the P90x3 program) and eating clean for a while (I'm a vegetarian). I'm trying to stay motivated and not lose my momentum!

Highest weight: 190ish (it was a bit higher than this but I refused to weigh myself at my heaviest so lost a bit first then took my weight)

I have UC so with the medication I have to take have had times where I puff up like a balloon - have learned over time that increasing my protein and keeping a close eye on my carb intake really reduces this. Working on increasing my strength and building muscle this year, starting to see changes in my body and learning about protein powders and supplements etc - weight loss has hit a plateau though
