Hello everyone :) I just started keto about a week ago at the suggestion of a friend of mine. Looking for some friends to keep track with!

Made the mistake of not following the electrolyte recommendations but trying to do a better job now.

    Yeah, keto flu is no fun. But it passes and then it's a lot easier! Especially with more bacon!

    Hey there how are you getting your electeolytes?
    Im salting my food like reccomended. I also had a Powerade Zero a couple days, but they kind of scare me with all the artificial sugars in them, even tho theyre 0 carbs.
    Should i just buy electrolyte supplements?

    I buy nosalt from walmart and I get a magnesium supplement online that flavors my drinks. They both work pretty well :) I just add a sprinkle of nosalt in everything I eat/drink. That's really all you need -- and trying to do too much at once makes everything taste awful.
