Current Body Fat: 20-21% (last checked about 3-4 weeks ago could be a little more)
Dream Body Fat: 18-20%
I've been off and on with eating better and I recently got a gym membership and I am aiming at being in the gym twice the week at the least but ideally 3x a week and so far I've been failing lol. I would love to find other people in the same situation as me to help keep each other motivated and check in with one another.0 -

I've gained about 10 pounds in the last year. I gained several pounds over the winter last year, but lost most of it over the summer. Then I did the 30 Day Shred and had very weird results. I gained about 4 pounds from day 1 to day 30, and didn't lose any inches anywhere... Strange! Anyhow, I've been doing Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns & Thighs and steadily gaining weight. Probably at least partially attributable to muscle gain, but frustrating nonetheless.

I don't know my body fat percentage, but I have no doubt it's too high. I lost weight pretty quickly, and I'm sure I lost a fair bit of muscle and retained too much fat. I'm focusing on losing just a few more pounds, maintaining weight loss, and toning/firming.0 -
