Two months on LC/keto with PICS

I've been lc/keto for 2 months today. I've had a rollercoaster of a ride. Some days I feel amazing. Some days I feel like absolute garbage. The past few days I've added quite a bit of salt and lo salt to my water for the sodium and potassium and I actually feel better. I've also been trying to keep my calories a day as bit higher (1600-1900) to support my workouts. I do Les Mills Pump which is weight lifting 3 or 4 times a week and run with friends once or twice a week for an hour each time. :)

So in the last two months I've lost 21.4 lbs and 24 inches. Clothes are fitting better, running is getting easier and I'm able to lift more weights and squat lower so I'm happy :)
