Today is my 8th wedding anniversary
So a great time for an update
The new healthier ME
Weight loss in 183 days ( or 6 months ) is
- 70lbs or 5stone which is a change of 23.2%
My bmi has gone from 55.2 morbidly obese to 42.4 and just obese
Going from a UK size 32 to a UK size 20 on top and a UK size 22 on the bottom
I am a diabetic type 2 and I have high blood pressure and I have asthma
With the help of pills and weight loss my
- blood sugars are in the normal range
- blood pressure is in the normal range
- asthma not had an attack in 4 months
I am so proud of what I have done in 6 months I still have a long way to go but I will get there
