Haven't posted my record yet. I started June 28th. Looking back, I missed dinner on June 30th and missed an entire day July 1st. I have been traveling since June 29th. That's my excuse. Although really, there is NO excuse for not keeping track. Returning home on July 17th - and my goal is to not miss another beat while on the road.0

I posted and confessed to my sin of eating an entire thin crust pizza. I'm over my calories by close to 600, Could have been worse. But for sure should have been better.0

ok, posted, a bit over but generally healthy choices. Gym felt good today and like no big deal, could a habit be forming?!0

I tracked both days, but it's been a tough couple of days. I went over by about 500 calories on Tuesday. Emotional eating, definitely.0
