    Goal: 116-118 lbs with lower/ stable body fat (15-17% sounds good) and gain more toned muscles (arms & torso).

    I'd be very happy if I can lose one more inch of fat on my waist. Right now I'm at my lowest in adulthood (27", same as when I was 12)..!!

    I have a one-year-old daughter and am nursing. Trying to eat clean but I have the hardest time with that and staying within my calorie budget too! Workout-wise I do mostly HIIT and try to do yoga at least once a week. Feel free to add me! :smile:

    I have the hardest time loosing any more weight. I honestly think my calorie intake needs to be adjusted a tad. Please I need friends that need encouragement and can encourage me at the same time as well as I'm looking for new meal ideas!! Feel free to add me!

    GOAL!!!! : 130 (125 at the very least)

    Current Body Fat: 20-21% (last checked about 3-4 weeks ago could be a little more)

    I've been off and on with eating better and I recently got a gym membership and I am aiming at being in the gym twice the week at the least but ideally 3x a week and so far I've been failing lol. I would love to find other people in the same situation as me to help keep each other motivated and check in with one another.

    Body fat%: no clue! But I don't have much muscle so it's probably high!

    I've been off and on working out and will be starting graduate school next month in a stressful program so I'd like to have a buddy to help me to stick to things during then. lol. I try to go for a 1 hour walk every day (after dinner or before breakfast) to clear my mind and organize my plan for the day, and that has helped keep the butt a little perky, but I'm hoping to hit the gym 2-3 a week. Let me know if you want to be twins! Lol, I've been searching and I think you're the closest match yet ;D

    "they" say, on that "BMI" plus machine, I need to drop 21 and gain 7 lbs. of muscle.

    For exercise I like yoga, fast walking, light jogging, and dancing. I've been on MFP for 2 years, did great for a while, then got lazy/gained back/stressed out. Determined to get in shape again.

    This is a great idea! It definitely helps to have a buddy or two! I've tried getting in shape with friends before, but it's hard when no one you know has a similar body type, so I love this!

    Hey all! I've seen some possible relatives of mine, but no twins yet. So here it goes:

    I've gained about 10 pounds in the last year. I gained several pounds over the winter last year, but lost most of it over the summer. Then I did the 30 Day Shred and had very weird results. I gained about 4 pounds from day 1 to day 30, and didn't lose any inches anywhere... Strange! Anyhow, I've been doing Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns & Thighs and steadily gaining weight. Probably at least partially attributable to muscle gain, but frustrating nonetheless.
