I currently jog 2 - 3 times per week and just recently realized how tight I've become all over so want to incorporate yoga back into my week. Also hoping that will help tone up the areas that jogging doesn't hit.

I've been off and on with eating better and I recently got a gym membership and I am aiming at being in the gym twice the week at the least but ideally 3x a week and so far I've been failing lol. I would love to find other people in the same situation as me to help keep each other motivated and check in with one another.

Body fat%: no clue! But I don't have much muscle so it's probably high!
I've been off and on working out and will be starting graduate school next month in a stressful program so I'd like to have a buddy to help me to stick to things during then. lol. I try to go for a 1 hour walk every day (after dinner or before breakfast) to clear my mind and organize my plan for the day, and that has helped keep the butt a little perky, but I'm hoping to hit the gym 2-3 a week. Let me know if you want to be twins! Lol, I've been searching and I think you're the closest match yet ;D
