    Went on a nice 2.25 mile walk with the family. Although my 3 year old got very tired.

    I often walk with my kids. Good for them, exercise and building good habits. Good for me, quality time and awesome stories. Though it does take a lot longer to walk the same distance at a slower pace, and I would probably benefit more physically walking alone, but it just feels better walking with the family.
