    I just want to lose the fat and tone up! At 44, I don't want to lose too much weight because I don't want my skin to sag! I want it allllll firmed up! If that means I stay at 140 but am super toned, I will take it!! :-)

    Moving around has caused my weight gain also. I've been between 3 states for the past 6 or so months. It's been a crazy time. I have no steady routine right now and I believe that's what kills me!

    I gained a bit due to stress after losing a lot due to stress. Overall goal is to make myself a lean, mean Krav/Jitsu machine. :P

    Especially since I've made a goal to get certified as a trainer in Krav at the very least.

    I was around 115 my whole life, sometimes a little bit less or more, but never more than 120. Studying abroad just got me unhealthy! I am currently going to swim once a week and to zumba twice, but dieting is something that I just can't do. So a little support could help quite a lot. Let me know if you are in for sharing goals and tracking progress :wink: I did that once with friends and worked really good.

    I'm a mother of three, ages 10, 8 and 2. Having a baby at 35 was really hard on the weight issues! :\ I struggle with my consistancy working out because I work really long hours, and hubby and I only have one car ATM. He works nights, I work days, so no extra car to go to the gym. I have the sworkit app on my phone, but run out of hours in the day! I know, lots of excuses!!! LOL I also struggle with my portion control....either eating everything in sight...or starving myself (closet eating disorder?). I need all the accountability I can get!!!! Can YOU help me?

    I am naturally a bit curvier with wide hips and an hourglass figure but unfortunately most of my fat lies around my hips in an unsightly fashion!! Not a good look! I quite like my legs but would like to tone up my thighs a bit.
