This is a great idea! It definitely helps to have a buddy or two! I've tried getting in shape with friends before, but it's hard when no one you know has a similar body type, so I love this!

I was around 115 my whole life, sometimes a little bit less or more, but never more than 120. Studying abroad just got me unhealthy! I am currently going to swim once a week and to zumba twice, but dieting is something that I just can't do. So a little support could help quite a lot. I'm a mother of three, ages 10, 8 and 2. Having a baby at 35 was really hard on the weight issues!I struggle with my consistancy working out because I work really long hours, and hubby and I only have one car ATM. He works nights, I work days, so no extra car to go to the gym. I have the sworkit app on my phone, but run out of hours in the day! I know, lots of excuses!!! LOL I also struggle with my portion control....either eating everything in sight...or starving myself (closet eating disorder?). I need all the accountability I can get!!!! Can YOU help me?
