Hi there, I'm from BC Canada (not a lot of Canadian girls on here huh?). My start weight was/is around 288/289 which was 2 months ago. I don't make a habit of weighing myself preferring to see the change in my clothes and via pictures. yesterday I stepped on a scale... it says I lost 13 lbs... which I think is BS... *grins* I have recently given up Facebook, and don't get out in the community often, so none of "my people" even know I am working toward being healthy... I'd love to chat with others, get to know people and do some co-encouraging. Send me a friend request that has actual words in it and I will totally add you. Always looking for motivation and here is a great place to start.
As my gym says "Don't let the thing you CAN'T do stop you from doing the things you CAN"... working on it.
