Thought I'd get a lv2 discussion going.
Just finished day 4 of Lv.2 and already I'm finding all the planking positions a little more manageable. By no means are they easy, just not as painful as first day. I could at least hold the position even if I wasn't moving my legs. lol.

Day 5 done. I'm not finding my abs hurting as much from level 2 as I did from level 1. Anyone else find lv 2 less intense in a particular area?0

Me too! Ab moves aren't nearly as hard as say, the chair squats and those god-awful military presses. I really had a hard time with squat thrusts.
