Having trouble falling asleep!

I just started back on keto after my birthday weekend, and now I am having trouble falling asleep at night.
I have always been the kind of person who can fall asleep within seconds of lying down. I'm definitely tired enough when I go to bed. Not stressing about anything.
Could it be food related? Please someone tell me you went through a similar thing and it remedied as your body keto adapted! I'm not falling asleep until about 1am, and I have 2 toddlers who wake me up at 5.

I don't know how you feel about adding supplements but Melatonin seriously helped me. I was struggling for awhile but I blamed it on stress and my body being Dore from the more intense work outs.

Do you take magnesium? It helps me sleep :)

Yup, melatonin for me too. I love the natrol liquid one, it knocks me out in 15 min.

I find that I have way more energy eating keto. I use magnesium to calm me down in the evening. I like "Natural Calm".
