I've never tried chia and I've heard it's really good for you. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to add it to my meals?

I sprinkle it on my avocado toast, put it in fruit smoothies, and make chia pudding. Sometimes I sprinkle on fruit like watermelon or cantalope0

I add it to my morning porridge to boost the protein in the breakfast. Also add it to smoothies to help thicken the result as well as give a boost to fiber and protein.0

I also add it to my oatmeal and make chia pudding with coconut milk. Yum!0

I add it to my refrigerator oatmeal (which is awesome and i hate oatmeal - see Pinterest) and add it to 100 Calorie Greek yogurt. I love them in pretty much everything.

Chia jam! and Chia pudding! and today was just chia seeds in grapefruit juice & water, tastes almost like the Momma Chia drinks. Chia pudding though is my favourite.0
