Hi guys, I'm new here trying to get back in form using MFP (again, ugh). Been Crossfitting for about 3 yrs.
Top:
1. Double Unders
2. Snatch
3. Jerk
Bottom:
1. Dips
2. Squats (all of them!)
3. Wallballs (I feel like that target is SO far away and they involve squats!)
Pullups and HSPUs will be back up in the top when I lose some lbs. They get so much harder when I gain weight!0 -
Favs:
1.Back Squats
2.Burpees (I am fast and experience a "burpee trance")
3. Cleans (First lift I learned and love it forever)
Worst:
1. Snatch/OH squat (Always makes me feel incompetent)
2. Sit-ups (I am so slow)

3. Rope climbs (always have horrible rope burn--and I wear a rock guard shin sleeve and two pairs of high socks)
In sum: I like the oly lifts and gymnastics stuff, hate cardio, and am okay with the powerlifts.0 -
