I notice this group is not very active. Where are all the UK runners? Think we should get this group active and start sharing our running on here. Who's with me?

Hi there running oz. So good to see someone post here. I would love to see more people here. Anyone who runs or wants to start running should check in & post here. We can share stories possible advice & motivation for anyone any shape size & ability. We need more people here.
I will be looking forward to meeting more fellow plodders.

I need to get my butt back into running but as for being on here its only good for when you log on on the PC and I usually only use my phone0
