SW 160-165 (didn't measure til 8 weeks, but I assume I hadn't gained too much in those 8 weeks)
    Highest pregnancy weight: 195
After delivery (maybe a week PP) :175

I hung out at 175 for a while and then started slowly putting it back on because I was eating poorly and not paying attention. Weighed in around 200 at 2 years PP.

I've lost almost 10 lbs since I started trying to really be diligent about making better food choices, cutting back my sodium, and being more active.

New here, introduced myself in a different thread :) but I'll track my progress in this one.

    I'm 5'7"

    Baby 1: started out: 180lbs
    weight at delivery (42w + 1d) 228lbs (baby was 8lbs, 4oz)
    18 months later: 170lbs

    Baby 2: started out: 170lbs
    weight at delivery (42w + 0d): 218 lbs (baby was 9lbs, 2oz)
    12 months later : 170 lbs

Baby 3: started out: 165 lbs
    weight at delivery(42w + 0d): 210lbs (baby was 8lbs, 5oz)
    12 months later: 185 (ugh)
    2 years postpartum: 145lbs

    Baby 4: started out: 145lbs
    weight at delivery (40w + 0d): 195lbs (baby was 7lbs, 1oz - couldn't believe she came on time!!)
2 days PP (when I got home): 183lbs
    1 week PP: 175 lbs
    2 weeks PP: 171 lbs
3 weeks PP: 169 lbs (today)

I always seem to gain the same amount, no matter what I do, but I really don't want it to take so long to come off this time! The loss seems to be slowing down now that I'm 3 weeks out (it's amazing how much fluid you hang onto... And I wasn't even swollen!). Looking to lose about 1 lb per week. Like the accountability of posting here!

Weight loss has definitely slowed but progress is progress none the less. 1 pound to pre pregnancy weight! Goal weight is 145-150 so... maybe one day I'll get there!

    2 wks PP: 150

Walked around the block at one week postpartum but pelvis felt weak and sore so going to wait until doctor clears me for exercise. Exclusively breastfeeding so won't be cutting calories any time soon but will continue to make healthy food choices. My Looking forward to seeing numbers on the scale go down!!

    Baby 4: started out: 145lbs
    weight at delivery (40w + 0d): 195lbs
    2 days PP : 183lbs
    1 week PP: 175 lbs
    2 weeks PP: 171 lbs
    3 weeks PP: 169 lbs
    6 weeks PP: 166.4 lbs

Weight loss has definitely slowed (which is good, really; I want it to be done in a healthy way), but continuing to make good progress without tracking or exercising. Have my 6 week appt tomorrow. When the loss stalls, I'll worry about tracking and/or adding exercise then. Right now I'm just enjoying the relatively "easy" weight loss :)

    Pre-pregnancy weight: 117 lbs. 5´7" total at 41 weeks 153 lbs. (+36 lbs.)
    3 days pp : 149 -4 lbs even though my baby weighed 6 lbs 12 oz :)
(I had an unplanned c section that kept me on my butt for a good couple weeks and apparently full of water)
1 week pp: 140 -13 lbs (23 lbs from goal)
2 weeks pp: 138 -15 lbs (21 lbs from goal)

Not cutting back on calories as I´m establishing milk supply ebf but trying to get back to eatting healthily (the last 5 weeks were about surviving pregnancy...see birth at 41 weeks pregnant lol)

Can´t wait to get back to my active lifestyle (mostly jogging and yoga) have to wait until Dr approval at 6 weeks (not looking to get a hernia no more surgery please) but at 2 weeks Iv,e been baby wearing and walking around. I´ll be 3 weeks come wednesday and plan on walking at least 1 mile a day...working my way back up I walked 5 miles a day up till my 9th month.

I´m no where near my jeans and not quite sure how some of these youtubers get back to their size in 2 weeks but I am happy with where I am considering its been 2 weeks since this beautiful baby was literally torn from my womb lol.

Please feel free to add me I´m looking for mommy fitness friends :)

Pretty big loss this week - baby girl had her 6 weeks growth spurt and with 3 other kids to attend to I feel like I never have time to eat. Need to do better with that (thinking I need to prep more food so I don't have the 'I don't have time to eat' excuse.... hard boil some eggs, chop up veggies for faster salads, make sure to have nuts and cheeses on hand and ready to go!). Haven't started exercising yet (tho I go the green light at my 6 week PP visit last week), but my body is feeling more and more restless, so I'm thinking I'll try to fit in some strength training for starters - my stomach is pretty flat again, but my abs still feel weak and I get lower back pain sometimes, so I know I need to work on strengthening my core. Of course, if I don't have time to eat, I'm not sure when I'll find time to work out, lol. For now just enjoying the newborn phase.... it's already more than half over and it feels like we just brought her home!!

Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be a part of this thread. I didn't do as well as I wanted with weight gain but the fit fabulous and pregnant group really helped me step up walking and moving around more during my pregnancy. All in all I gained 32lbs. I'm 5'3" and started at 147. My goal is 130, I hung on to 10 after my first baby 2 years ago and gained 7 over the holidays. I'm 2 days PP now and still very swollen. My baby was 8lbs 14.6 ounces, we were team green and ended up with a boy!

Not surprised to see a lb come back on, after such a big loss I knew some of it had to be fluid, lol. Still doing pretty well with a good downward trend. My weigh fluctuates day to day, of course, but the upper end of the fluctuations is getting consistently lower, and I see new lows regularly :). Still not tracking or exercising (rectus abdominis still has some separation and I don't want to make that worse; will wait til it closes before doing any real exercise); just happy to be losing anyway. Will save those strategies for when the loss gets more difficult.

Appetite was out of control after birth so started logging last week and set my intake to 1800 calories a day.
Goal for this week is to stay in the 140s, continue logging, and walks.
Long term goals are to get back to my prepregnancy weight of 136 by Christmas and 125lbs by spring break 2016!

Congrats to all on your new bundles of joy! Came here to check myself and be accountable. I'm in the middle of stopping breastfeeding/pumping and will not get to enjoy the same amount of food so I need to focus on my portions. Weight has been slowing creeping on due to overeating (mainly after dinner) and I need to snap that bad habit.

Goals for this week: Log food every day; no eating after dinner.

Was hoping for a bigger loss this week, but some is better than none ;). Slow and steady wins the race! I just keep reminding myself that my daughter is only two months old, and I'm only 18 lbs from goal. It's the fastest I've ever been able to lose baby weight, so while it seems slow and tedious at times, I think I'm doing pretty well.

29 years old, 5'3" a comfortable weight for me is about 130. I was seriously swollen all over for the first several days but it's gradually going away. It was beyond disappointing to only have lost 3lbs when I came home and this was before my milk came in! Anyway, I'm hoping I have a little more water to lose and am crossing my fingers to be 160 for my next weigh in.

    1 week PP: 155.8 (-11.4)

It seems to be coming off slowly but surely... I certainly notice a difference in my belly as opposed to my first pregnancy - I gained over 40 lbs with my son and after I delivered my stomach was a mess with red stretch marks everywhere and loose skin and just jiggly and floppy and deflated. I find that now I kinda just look like I did before I got pregnant this time (oh, still jiggly and floppy but a little less so).

Love the weekly goals @TANNE21! Jumping on the bandwagon... My goals this week are to drink at least 64 oz of water a day, try to walk 20 mins/day (recovering from a c-section and trying to take things slow so I don't aggravate my incision like last time!), and to complete my c-section recovery exercises (basically leg slides, pelvic tilts, and deep belly breathing) 3 times this week!

My two bigger longer term goals are to lose another 9 lbs by Christmas to put me at my pre-pregnancy weight from before I got pregnant with my son in 2012... Ultimately I'd like to lose another 10 on top of that to put me in the top range of healthy weight for my height.
