My dream is that one day handstand walks will be on my top 3 list (when I can FINALLY do them)

Thanks! I took a kettlebell course which helped, I just need to remember to keep a loose grip and that "spear" tip when I start to get fatigued. Now that I have muscle ups i'm replacing them on my worst list with rowing ha-ha0 -

I feel you on the short leg thing. I LOVE box jumps but if you expect my 4'10 *kitten* to do Rx box jumps when Rx for women is 24"....HAHAHA NO.0
