Easy, healthy, Sugar and Starch Free Breakfast cookie!

Hi All! I just finished the hCG diet and lost 15 lbs. and 2 sizes in 35 days. I am now onto what they call the "maintain phase" so I can eat whatever I want with the exception of any sugar or starch.
This yummy, bread like recipe is wonderful in my opinion and totally healthy. Let me know what you think!

What you'll need:
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger ( I used nutmeg instead)
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:
Form into cookies and place on cookie sheet. Note: with coconut flour, your cookies will not spread or flatten, so if you make them into balls you need to flatten them into the shape in which you want them to end up! Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. I made 11 cookies, but it will all depend on what size you make them! This batch is a total of 2210 calories so divide that by the amount of cookies you make and that will be total calories per cookie.
My batch of 11 were about 200 calories each but the smaller you make them, the less calories. I decided I liked the consistency I got when I made them bigger, so I stuck with the batch of 11 and after baking them I cut them in half to have a nice, yummy 100 calorie snack.
REMEMBER! There isn't any sugar in these, just the maple syrup, so don't expect them to taste like a cookie. Think more like a healthy nutri-grain bar, or something like that : )

    I loved the HCG diet. Did it about two years ago. Lost 30lbs. Sadly I have gained it all back, plus some.
    But I am on MFP and low cal low carb diet to get it off. Will try this recipe as I am a cookie lover. Sounds good!

    can you tell me about which HCG diet you did? i see lots of different ones, but dont know if any of them really work.
