Hi, I'm new here and have had type 2 for 18 years. Presently using an insulin pump which I love. My fasting sugar is 75! I'm 51 years old and have about 25 pounds to take off. My sugars had been running high, but when eating proper meals can run normal!

125 today - staying around 110-125 so far as long as I keep daily carb limit to around 90.

Holding steady at 125. Could be better, but I'm happy it isn't higher.

I'm told it will get better with more weight loss and the same diet effort.

Sadly I know this from experience! I know I just gotta keep at it. I was down about 45 pounds from where I am now and had great FBS without medicine. Gained back a bunch after a work layoff last fall. Now I've got my head back in the game. Thanks for the continued encouragement!

I know that sounds high, but I am coming down from 267's and such...so I was excited to see it this morning. Last night at 11:30 pm it was 120...also exciting to see. I followed the less than 45 carbs per meal , I just learned about yesterday. I seem to be higher in the mornings.....from reading posts it might be Dawn Phenomena?
