Week 2 Weigh In

Happy to report that i met my weeks goal! I am down an additional 5 pounds and currently sit at 350 (10 pound loss). I feel like it might be a tall order this week but i am going to SHOOT for another 5 pound loss next week. There is no doubt i will have to start slowing up eventually but I hope to ride this wave for another week!

One day at a time! :)

    156 lbs...down 2 lbs since last week. So far so good.

    @SirKalel Awesome! Another five pounds is totally doable. You will see safe and rapid weight loss at your current weight as long as you keep doing what you're doing.

    Congrats @SirKalel & @old_me keep it up!!! My official weigh in day is Sundays now..so I will be back then to let you all know how I did this week.

    I'm 4.1lbs down this week!! Since I gained a few lbs after I saw started MFP before I got serious I am officially down 3.5lbs :lol: I put in work this week!!!
