I'm hopping in late here - but I want to join up! Woo! I am using the elliptical right now since we have a wildfire about an hour east of us, and the smoke is palpable in the air. I don't want to subject my lungs to that! So the elliptical it is. I haven't got out much this month since I quit my job in search of a new one, but when I was working as a caregiver, I was averaging five miles in an 8 hour shift. My poor feet, haha.
As of yesterday, I'm picking up the Beginner's 4-Week Walking Plan showcased on the blog (to either meet or surpass the daily goals) along with the 28 Day Squat Challenge. That's 10 days, so maybe 25 miles?

8.23: 1.8 mi; 4.8/25 in 30 min

Sorry to be MIA! After all of our children left, we were cleaning, organizing and putting things away for the season, which does not rack up many miles I have learned :laugh:. Then, we got in a car and traveled and visited relatives, which also does not rack up miles. I need to get busy!!!!!

Well I really haven't done that much, but I did walk about 2 miles on Sunday and another mile tonight. Nothing to brag about but I am just trying to get back into tracking.
