How is everyone doing? The weather here is nice today - I have to get outside and go for a walk, I am feeling very sluggish. Even a half hour will be good to clear my head and the it is back to the books. Must accomplish lots today.

Our weather is getting better. Was really humid over the weekend, but wasn't too bad temp wise.
We went to the flea market on Saturday...I know why they only have it once a month! Time enough between to forget how bad the crowds, heat, and hills are! I got overheated, even though the temps weren't as bad as earlier in the year, and felt like a dog panting to try and keep cool!!
I'm not going to hit 100 miles this month. Going to keep plugging away, but I just don't see it happening. It is supposed to be much cooler without the humidity this week though, so I ought to bring some workout clothes to work and stop by the greenway on the way home. Fall weather is my favorite for being outside...guess I can wish it here a little early!

25 - 1.86 = 63.41 (I could have sworn when I looked last night, I was between 2 and 3 miles and had been for a while. Guess not...and if the fitbit updates later to reflect that, I'll update. Charged over night to prevent losing another day! [and I remembered to put it back on this am!!!])0

Yeah - finished company books yesterday and went to the accountant.
Today - went for a good long walk with my dog.... and if I make 16 miles in the next 3 days I will at least make 100 miles this month. I am sure going to put a good effort into it. I need the endorphins!!

Oddly enough, in those above numbers, I fell asleep around 6 PM on the 28th (wild Friday night...lol) and slept for almost 18 hours. Guess work is wiping me out more than I knew. Back at it this week. My goal for today is to hit the 5 mile mark. If I do that, I'll beat my last 2 months (83.4 last month).

I missed going to the gym for most of the month so I am not sure how I really feel about my total. I keep thinking I need to strength train more so that would also mean less steps, but maybe the scale will move a little more in the right direction

I have not broken it down, but in the month of August, I walked 99.64 miles, 178,603 steps and burned 86,035 calories. I lost 7.6 pounds.
Goal for September: 100 miles, lose 6 pounds, be more consistent in my daily steps.0
