We're still getting our ducks in a row, but there's myself for the Horde and Sara Alexandre will be doing the First Responders. Other experienced Walking Dead Challenge leaders are tj1376, Angimom and DouMc who will all be able to answer your questions. I believe tj1376 will be leading the Teens. Not sure who you guys have but we'll figure it out, lol.0

It's two days since the fitness test and my quads are still hurting! Who does squats to failure? Here are the results of my fitness test:
run/walk 1 mile: 14:23
half pushups: 10
squats: 90
plank: 33s
flexibility: -13
Going to try the squat video later today. Hope my quads don't break.

Ach mein Gott! I used an empty bar so I could feel like a champion (12.5lbs), and stayed with our German Adonis. Sorta. I had to choose between squatting on tip toes only to get down to where he did, or remain partially upright (see my miserable flexibility score above).0

Hi team. I'm so sorry but I'll be joining the horde. I run 31 km this week and had a deficitbut didn't get to strength training or the challenges. First week back at school being a teacher in real life kinda exhausted me. See you on the flip side maybe?

Hey teachers!. Just got home from work. Early shift this morning. I went to bed last night just minutes before the gore card opened. I posted from work this morning. I think I made it safely away from the horde! I wanted to post my results here though because I never got the chance to share them yesterday.
1 mile run: 14m10s (4.23mph)
Pushups: 4 full, 11 half
Squats: 41
Plank: 49 sec
Sit & Reach: +3.25"
Bring Sally Up: Sucked megabunches & I just used a broom handle.
In conclusion, I'm barely avoiding walkers at every turn and need to get in shape!0 -

First Responders did very well, followed by the Teachers.

I have done the 1st responders video, and completed 2 of the 3 Zumbas, will do the last tomorrow ( hopefully before anyone is up to see me!!)
Stayed within all my goals and I lost 3.8 lbs!!

I've done the challenges for this week, but need to do 2 flex workouts tomorrow to hit one of my goals. (I have to do 50 minutes of flex for another challenge so I'll definitely hit it.)0

I almost always end up logging workout videos as either Aerobics (low or high impact) or Calisthenics. I logged the disco zumba as "Dance, general"0 -

As everyone probably knows, there wasn't a new Fear the Walking Dead last night. They went back in time and showed us the first two episodes. So, our challenge this week is to go back in time to Fall of 2014 and enjoy the memory of Carol destroying Terminus.
Pick a Walking Dead character and do their challenge video, stay within your goals, report next Saturday, as per usual.
