Weekend Binge

I just had a great week last week and stayed mostly on target with my goals and then ate too much on Saturday and it carried over to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday...
It is the worst and most upsetting feeling! I would ultimately like to lose 14 lbs in the next 5 - 6 months for my wedding but fear I will never get to because of my endless pattern of diet-binge-diet!
It just has me very sad, disappointed and powerless because I am not sure how to stop it.

You have a good, realistic goal but looking through your diary you seem to be going quite far into the binge and restrict. You would probably find yourself less likely to binge if you ate more, especially on workout days where you show 600+ exercise cals. I know a lot of machines over report calories burnt but try eating back some of those calories.0

I'm not sure how it happened for you but also try and surround yourself with things that you can eat in volume but are not calorie dense - I keep vegetables and frozen berries at hand for example. So if you feel like a snack or something you can reach for those without the fear of the binge
Just get planning!
